Define a patient archetype — condition, age range, gender. All variants in this set share this baseline patient.
Create clinical variants — each card represents one scenario: a different context (e.g. new vs. existing diagnosis), prescriber type, or treatment pathway.
Add drug rows for each variant — type the first-line drug, then click AI Suggest Alternatives to append clinically appropriate alternatives as new rows. Each drug row = one distinct AI-generated scenario.
Generate & review — the AI builds a full interactive scenario per drug row and saves them as drafts in the Scenario Library, ready for your review and publication.
