Why Keep an ePortfolio?
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is a legal requirement for all pharmacists in Ireland under the Pharmacy Act 2007. Your ePortfolio is your personal record showing how you're growing and developing as a pharmacist.
What is CPD?
CPD is about continuous learning throughout your career. It's not just courses - it includes reading, reflection, peer discussions, clinical audits, and learning from daily practice.
The Review Process
The PSI randomly selects pharmacists for ePortfolio review. You'll be eligible 3 years after qualification and can expect to be reviewed once every 5 years. This is your opportunity to showcase your professional development!
